Second-hand Kverneland ploughs, cultivation and drilling equipment to view in our listings to find the perfect used Kverneland implement. With a history going back to 1879, this firm based in Norway began by making scythes before building its first plough in 1882. Tractor based implements followed from 1928 and Kverneland produced the world’s first reversible plough with automatic stone release in 1972. Merged with Underhaug in 1986, a range of bale wrappers and potato harvesters were added to the product line-up. Grassland machinery came to the fore in 1992 with the acquisition of Taarup from Denmark and seeding equipment was added in 1996 with the purchase of German firm Accord. Sprayer arrived after the takeover of Rau and Kubota bought Kverneland Group in 2012.
